Initial usability pilots show that approximately 80% of participants feel this program addresses the performance and learning needs of those involved in mentoring relationships, and 90% of participants would recommend this program to others. Additional comments positively address the structure of the program and the accountability standards established throughout it. Furthermore, initial tests corroborate the program hypothesis that users need not have certain levels of knowledge, skill, ability or experience in order to successfully use the program. It also supports the program hypothesis that mentees and mentors can be globally dispersed without negatively effecting the mentoring relationship. Conclusively, all job levels and relational distances are supported.
