Project Conclusion

Open Mentoring assists performers with concluding their mentoring relationships in a healthy and productive manner. Each party completes a brief evaluation of the relationship and describes how they want the relationship to proceed, allowing both mentees and mentors to assess how well the mentees' developmental needs were met and bring healthy closure to the project.
