Progress Assessments

After both the mentee and mentor commit to the mentoring agreement, they begin their mentoring relationship. Assessment accountability is built into the program so both parties evaluate their progress to date, measure it against the established mentoring agreement, and refine their mentoring activities if necessary. The program supports both mentees and mentors in this portion of the relationship by facilitating the assessments and capturing their responses in a simple format that fosters communication and objective feedback.
