Intro
Open Mentoring helps mentees and mentors make the most of mentoring relationships. This NexTool™ guides users through an easy to apply process that will help them tap into their relational networks and get the developmental support they need in today's rapidly changing work environment.

This tool has 3 stages:

Stage 1 Establish: In this stage the mentee determines his/her learning needs and establishes a positive mentoring relationship built on mutual expectations.

Stage 2 Monitor: In this stage the mentee and mentor measure the mentee's developmental progress and maintain a vital mentoring relationship.

Stage 3 Close: In this stage both parties formally end their mentoring relationship.
