The RPSS functions at two levels. First, it is a framework into which work tools are contained. All content within that framework is designed and constructed in a manner that facilitates day-one performance while meeting the needs of the associate and the company.

On a different level, the RPSS is a repository of information. Associates can access the repository and receive just-in-time delivery of appropriate information and instruction.
