Great effort has been made to ensure that in the RPSS and its embedded applications that jargon and ambiguous terminology is eliminated or minimized. In the Lot Locator, for example, plain English labels are used to identify information and functionality. Rather than the commonly used Submit on it buttons, the application design uses the label Locate. As you can see in the example below, there is little to confuse the novice associate.

This careful attention to minimizing the use of jargon continued through all applications, job aids, reference materials and CBLs.
