The e-Learning Resource Development Center (ELDRC)

The ELDRC is a performance centered design (PDC) tool that provides task support, content knowledge, data, tools, collaboration, and integration with the user community. This site provides the IRS training community with single point access to a wide variety of e-learning information, tools, templates, guides and other resources.
