The e-Learning Development Resource Center (ELDRC) is a web-based portal that integrates task and work flow support, content, data, tools, peer collaboration and communication. It is used by the IRS professional training community to support the project management, design and development of e-learning products. Available tools and resources are described below. This integrated environment makes the ELDRC a unique PCD resource by combining proven industry best practices with new and innovative approaches to disseminating e-Learning information and supporting work results.
