Which gaps are filled by learning support?
Which gaps are filled by tool support (additional tools or tool simplification)?
Which gaps are filled by reference and knowledge support?
Which of the attributes and behaviors are most important to filling the performance gaps?
Is the organization ready for a performance-centered system?
