Certify is the future of test automation. There are no scripts. Now analysts can point and click to document and automate their test cases in one easy step, reducing the time and cost of automation by 60% or more. No scripts means no recording, programming, testing, debugging and – especially – maintenance of scripts. Certify allows you to focus on coverage instead of coding. Certify’s open architecture also provides a cross-platform solution that delivers seamless end-to-end testing across multiple systems, providing a uniform user interface regardless of the underlying technology. You are free to select the best of breed tools for each project without compromising consistency.
Plone is a content management framework (CMF) that sits on top of Zope. It is ideal as an intranet and extranet server, as a document publishing system, a portal server and as a groupware tool for collaboration between separately located entities. EPSScentral has adopted Plone for much of its Knowledge Network.
ActiveGuide is designed to take performance support beyond text files, simulations and other offline information about processes. ActiveGuide provides automated interactive support with processes and applications. It "understands" the user’s actions and the application state and delivers performance support. ActiveGuide works with web-based applications as an embedded / concurrent guide. The folks at RockeTools are providing a free evaluation to .infoREADER subscribers at http://www.rocketools.com/infoREADER and asking that you provide feedback. EPSScentral encourages all interested readers to do so.
